Shipping Policy

Lai Shan Limited ships to addresses within the serviceable regions indicated at checkout. Processing times vary by product but generally range from 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Lai Shan Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to Lai Shan Limited due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

For lost or damaged shipments, the customer must contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims after this period may not be honored.

Return Policy

Lai Shan Limited accepts returns under the conditions stated in this document. No returns are accepted outside these conditions.

14-Day Unconditional Return Window

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This is an unconditional return policy, meaning no reason needs to be provided. The return request must be submitted within the 14-day window. Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will be rejected.

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted. Lai Shan Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these condition requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears all costs associated with return shipping. Lai Shan Limited does not provide prepaid labels or reimburse return shipping fees. The customer is responsible for selecting a carrier and purchasing adequate insurance for the return shipment. Lai Shan Limited is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing Time

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Lai Shan Limited processes the refund. The refund amount is credited to the original payment method. The customer must allow at least 14 days from the date Lai Shan Limited receives the returned product for the refund to appear. Actual posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

PayPal Refund Terms

For orders paid via PayPal, the refund processing time is a minimum of 14 days from the date Lai Shan Limited receives the returned product. However, certain jurisdictions impose legal requirements that override this standard term. In regions where local law mandates a longer refund period for PayPal transactions, Lai Shan Limited complies with the legally required period of up to 30 days. Customers in such jurisdictions should expect a refund within 30 days of Lai Shan Limited’s receipt of the returned product.

Return Process

Follow the steps below to complete a return. Returns that do not follow this process may be delayed or rejected.

Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. The email must include the order number, the product name, and the reason for return (optional). A return authorization confirmation will be sent within 2 business days.

Step 2: Prepare the Return Package
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include a printed copy of the return authorization confirmation inside the package. Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return Package
Ship the package to the following return address. The customer selects the carrier and pays all shipping costs.

Step 4: Wait for Inspection
Once Lai Shan Limited receives the package, inspection is completed within 5 business days. The customer receives a confirmation email when the return is accepted or rejected.

Step 5: Receive Refund
If the return is accepted, the refund is initiated. The refund amount is credited to the original payment method. Allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear. For PayPal payments in certain jurisdictions, allow up to 30 days as required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, or consumables

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale items clearly marked at the time of purchase

  • Grooming tools that have been used

Exchanges

Lai Shan Limited does not offer direct exchanges. The customer must return the original product following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
